Hiring people who like finishing trips

If you drive a 10-wheeler or work as a helper and want a company that keeps its own trucks and pays attention to the roadwork, read on.

01

Roles we hire for

We hire against real trip volume — not imaginary headcount posters.

01

10-wheeler drivers

Licensed, responsible drivers for wing-van units on DC, store, and inter-provincial runs. You should be comfortable with paperwork, GPS-era dispatch, and professional yard behavior.

Apply as driver

02

Helpers

People who can load and unload with care, watch seals and carton condition, and back up the driver on long days without cutting corners.

Apply as helper

02

The honest version

We won’t sell you a fantasy cabin lifestyle. This is trucking: heat, traffic, consignees, and pride when the POD is clean.

01

Real equipment maintenance.

Mechanics in-house. Bring issues early.

02

Two base options.

Calamba City, Laguna and San Leonardo, Nueva Ecija — alignment depends on route and staffing needs.

03

24/7 operation.

Some trips leave or land at hard hours. We’ll be straight about schedules.

04

Dispatch that answers.

You’re not alone on the roadside with a dead phone tree.

05

Growing fleet.

More trucks means more routes and room for reliable people to build longevity.

03

Good match if you…

01

Hold the proper license and can present clear documents

02

Treat cargo and customers’ premises with respect

03

Can follow routing and safety instructions without argument every kilometer

04

Communicate when something’s wrong instead of hiding it

05

Want steady work more than one-off trip hopping

04

Fast path — apply online, or call / email

No need for a fancy portfolio. Completeness and honesty beat buzzwords.

2

Prefer the phone? Call 049 534 7005 or email info@boyemma.com

3

If you call or email, open with Driver application or Helper application, and include full name, contact number, license type (for drivers), years of experience, and preferred base (Calamba / San Leonardo / either)

4

If we have a fit, we’ll schedule the next step
